Our aim is to serve the mankind. So we have special service to build the human mind who is suffering from sad, clashes, stress, pain or any other mental condition.
There are two method in this service to build the human mind. One is hypnotism. The other one is meditation
Hypnotism is one art of a mind. That is done when mind of a person is under control, suffer from any mental or physical illness. That is not the normal sleeping. That is an indirect treatment to the mind. That is an artificial mental sleeping done by a hypnotic therapist. When a person has addicted to a bad behavior he can be cured through this treatment. When a mind is out of order, it can be cleaned, cleared and cured from this hypnotism. We have fifteen years of experience in this topic.
Hypnosis is a state of human consciousness involving focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness and an enhanced capacity for response to suggestion. The term may also refer to an art, skill, or act of inducing hypnosis.
Theories explaining what occurs during hypnosis fall into two groups. Altered state theories see hypnosis as an altered state of mind or trance, marked by a level of awareness different from the ordinary conscious state. In contrast, nonstate theories see hypnosis as a form of imaginative role-enactment.
During hypnosis, a person is said to have heightened focus and concentration. The person can concentrate intensely on a specific thought or memory, while blocking out sources of distraction. Hypnotised subjects are said to show an increased response to suggestions. Hypnosis is usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction involving a series of preliminary instructions and suggestion. The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as “hypnotherapy“, while its use as a form of entertainment for an audience is known as “stage hypnosis“. Stage hypnosis is often performed by mentalists practicing the art form of mentalism.
This meditation is not belong to a special religion. It is a real and physical activity to the human being. Anybody can find out and fulfill this meditation. That is free from thoughts dogmas and concepts. This mind will loose its thoughts. It means the entire mind will be empty from all movements. All sadness, stress, pains, classes and everything are created through these thoughts. There cannot be seen these things in silent mind. Our duty in this service to help our clients to get found their great silent of the mind
If we practice patiently in the way described, gradually our distracting thoughts will subside and we will experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Our mind will feel lucid and spacious and we will feel refreshed. When the sea is rough, sediment is churned up and the water becomes murky, but when the wind dies down the mud gradually settles and the water becomes clear. In the same way, when the incessant flow of our distracting thoughts is pacified through concentrating on the breath, our mind becomes unusually lucid and clear. We should sit with this state of mental calm for a while.
Even though breathing meditation is only a preliminary stage of meditation, it can be very powerful. We can see from this practice that it is possible to experience inner peace and contentment just by controlling the mind, without having to rely at all upon external conditions.
When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within. This feeling of contentment and well-being helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life. Much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress. We will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away. Difficult situations will become
Meditation is a powerful tool that helps bring our Mind Body Soul back into alignment. When we take the time and allow ourselves to stop and just be even if it is for only 5 – 10 minutes a day the human body is allowed to rest, the mind is allowed to be quiet and the soul enriches. Meditation is not a new concept it has been around for centuries and studies have shown how beneficial it can be on the individual. But what type of meditation and how, where and when to meditate?
I often hear these statements:
- I am too busy
- I don’t have space
- My mind won’t turn off
- I can sit still
- My family won’t leave me alone to meditate
Well it is important to make time there are 24hours in the day I am sure you have 5 min – you can meditate in the shower if need be. You have space you could sit on the end of the bed, sit outside, go to the park, sit in lounge room the list goes on. While it would be wonderful to have a dedicated room this is not required. How about the family that won’t leave you alone, firstly you need to tell them that you are meditating now and to leave you alone. Most people don’t asked to be left alone or they say it in such a way that family don’t understand why they need to be alone, take the time to explain it to them. Turn off the phone ….. YES TURN IT OFF. Your mind will be quiet but it takes practice and you need to do the meditation style that is right for you, while some people love guided meditation you may prefer walking meditation, be prepared to experiment and don’t throw in the towel after just a few attempts. Our mind is a muscle and needs training. Can’t sit still GREAT a walking or movement meditation is just the thing for you. Also try full body relaxation meditations and train your body to relax and let go to give your some much needed quiet time.
